Biography

Dr. Zeny Lue earned her first Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Taipei Medical University in 2008. After completing a three-year residency in family and restorative dentistry, she moved to the United States in 2011 to continue advancing her education and professional growth. She completed a postgraduate program in aesthetic dentistry at UCLA and later earned her second DDS degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

Since 2013, Dr. Lue has served the San Francisco Bay Area community with a focus on restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns and aesthetic restorations. She is known for her detail-oriented approach and clear communication with patients.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Dr. Angela Lee earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors in General Dentistry, Patient-Centered Care, and Prosthodontics and Implants. She went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Lee also holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UCLA, where she was named to the Dean’s Honor List. Her clinical expertise includes restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, surgical extractions, root canal therapy, periodontal surgery, and Invisalign treatment.

A compassionate clinician fluent in Mandarin, Dr. Lee is equally dedicated to education, outreach, and mentorship. She has volunteered with numerous programs such as CDA Cares, Give “Special” Kids a Smile, and the Agape Dental Mission Mobile Clinic, as well as international missions in Honduras and Nepal providing free dental care to underserved communities. During her time at UCSF, she served in multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of the Chinese Health Professional Student Association and Lecture Series Coordinator for the Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity. Dr. Lee brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every aspect of her dental care—combining technical excellence, empathy, and cultural understanding to help patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Biography

Dr. Yu Yao Xu is a general and orthodontic dentist with extensive international training and over a decade of clinical experience. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco, where she was honored for her excellence in patient-centered care and general dentistry. Prior to that, she completed a fellowship in Orthodontics at UCSF and earned both her Master of Science and residency in Orthodontics from Kunming Medical University in China, following her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Hainan Medical University. 

Dr. Xu is highly skilled in a broad range of treatments including restorative, periodontal, pediatric, and orthodontic procedures, as well as CAD/CAM and laser dentistry. Passionate about community outreach, she has volunteered with programs such as the CDC Free Community Clinic in San Francisco and the Agape Asian Mission Free Mobile Clinic, offering free dental services to underserved populations across the Bay Area. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Dr. Xu combines technical precision, cross-cultural understanding, and genuine compassion to deliver exceptional patient care.

Dr. Vincent Lin earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where he graduated as one of the highest-producing students in his class. He completed externship training at Highland Hospital in Oakland and served as a remediation tutor in simulation clinic, helping fellow students strengthen their clinical skills. Prior to dental school, Dr. Lin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with High Honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, he combines advanced clinical expertise with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Since 2018, Dr. Lin has been part of the Agape Dental Group team in Cupertino, where he provides comprehensive dental care, including restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, and surgical procedures. He is also a practicing dentist at North East Medical Services in San Francisco, treating a wide range of cases with precision and empathy. Dr. Lin is highly skilled in digital dentistry and CAD/CAM same-day restorations, ensuring efficient and esthetic results. Known for his gentle approach and evidence-based treatment philosophy, Dr. Lin is dedicated to delivering quality care that promotes both oral health and patient confidence.

Dr. Huong Nguyen earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine, following a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Science in Biochemistry from Evergreen Valley College. She has extensive experience providing comprehensive and emergency dental care, having served as a dental provider at UNLV’s Emergency Clinic and previously as a dental assistant and administrative assistant in private practice settings. Her diverse background in both clinical and administrative roles has given her a deep understanding of patient care, office management, and the importance of compassionate, efficient dentistry.

Throughout her career, Dr. Nguyen has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service and leadership. She has volunteered in numerous outreach programs—including Give Kids a Smile, Special Olympics of Nevada, and the Medicine of Southern Nevada Ruffin Family Clinic—providing dental treatment and education to underserved populations. As a leader in initiatives like the UNLV Women’s Saturday Clinic, she helped organize patient care events and fundraisers supporting accessible dental health. Dr. Nguyen is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with empathy and precision.

Dr. Serafine Chen earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through UCSF and NYU Langone in East Palo Alto, California. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. In her clinical training, Dr. Chen provided comprehensive dental care to adult and pediatric patients, performing procedures ranging from preventive and restorative care to oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and treatment under conscious sedation.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Chen has been deeply involved in leadership, education, and community service. She served as Co-President of the Asian Health Caucus at UCSF, organizing cultural and educational programs to promote awareness of Asian-American health issues, and co-founded the Evidence-Based Dentistry Club to enhance clinical readiness among students. A published researcher in craniofacial biology and dental development, her work at Stanford University’s Department of Plastic Surgery contributed to multiple peer-reviewed scientific articles. Fluent in Mandarin and passionate about both science and the arts, Dr. Chen combines technical excellence with cultural sensitivity and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Biography

Dr. Cindy Do earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. During dental school, she served as a teaching intern for the Dugoni Medical Emergency Response Team, assisting with clinical emergency medicine simulations and training programs for students, residents, and faculty. Dr. Do also worked as a biomedical sciences tutor, helping first-year dental students strengthen their understanding of biochemistry and foundational science concepts.

A dedicated leader and advocate for student wellness and diversity, Dr. Do held multiple leadership roles, including Treasurer for the Associated Student Body, Wellness Lead for the American Student Dental Association, and Founding Member of the Dugoni Mosaic Mentorship Program. Her passion for mentorship and service is reflected through her work as a UOP Student Ambassador, Peer Supporter, and SCOPE volunteer, where she provided oral health education and care to underserved communities. Fluent in Vietnamese, Dr. Do brings strong communication skills, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to Agape Dental Group.

Biography

Dr. Luke Wu accelerated his education to earn both his Biology degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of the Pacific with honors. At the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry,  He completed his orthodontic residency at the Georgia School of Orthodontics, gaining advanced training in braces systems, clear aligners, airway-focused orthodontics, and dentofacial orthopedics. His prior experience in oral surgery, performing hundreds of wisdom tooth extractions, adds depth to his clinical expertise and treatment precision.

Today, Dr. Wu leads Agape Orthodontics, bringing modern, compassionate orthodontic care to the Bay Area. Dedicated to continual growth, he remains active in research through the Pacific-Stanford PRIMED Program. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife, skiing, and playing piano—pursuits that reflect the same focus and artistry he brings to every smile.
